2021 – Father John P. Schlegel, S.J. Award
As the elected international student representative for the student government during my final year as an undergraduate, I was recognized for my work in creating an inclusive community.
The Father John P. Schlegel Award is presented to an undergraduate student who has embraced the diversity and social justice objectives of the University’s mission.
2021 – Leadership & Empowerment Award
This award recognizes a graduating Asian, Asian American, multi-racial Asian, Middle Eastern, and/or South Asian student who, during their time at USF, stands up for their ideals and the ideals of the community. In line with the Jesuit Mission of Cura Personalis – “Care for the Whole Person,”.
This student works towards social justice, bestows unconditional respect, empowers groups and individuals, and has made significant contributions within USF to attain our greater vision and mission of “Change the World from Here.”
2021- Academic Excellence Award for Computer Science
In recognition of exceptional academic achievement, are awarded by the faculty of the Department of Computer Science, also am highlighting my time spent as a Tutor and Teaching Assistant to assist and mentor my fellow peers during my time.

Worked on advocating and increasing interest in computer science in my high school by organizing activities and volunteering to provide computer classes to those in the community.

Got a chance to lead and manage a team that was involved in broadcasting live sports events being hosted for MESAC events.

Part of the leadership committee to mentor new students, and present about key leadership topics and involvement in organizations like 5 gyres.

Was one of the first people to start media and IT initiatives in my school and got a chance to do interviews and learn about video editing.
